Terms and Conditions at the Model Expo

Models Registration Information:

Regular Models Registration to attend the Creation's Model Showcase is $50.00 while space is avaibalbe
You will be allowed one full table with one seat and will be able to participate in the pre-sale ticket program (See below). Simply e-mail us at creations@wepaymodels.com with an image to advertise you with and contact information to verify your attendance and an acknowledgement that you have completed read this page and agree to the terms and conditions of the Model Showcase Event.

Table space is available to those to first register in advance.

Models are responsible for their own table displays, cash handling, decorations, floor displays, power strips, electrical cords, and easels.
Only models that are fully registered with a confirmed ticket code prior to the event will be permitted to attend the event and receive table space without charged admission. All others that accompany the model to the event will be allowed entrance to the event with regular paid admission.

Models Etiquette:
You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner to all participants and not to engage in any lewd or offensive behavior as determined by the event staff. You further understand that no pornographic material may be displayed. Nude images that reveal private areas are permitted but must be non-pornographic (As determined by the Event Staff). You agree to remove any material from your display area as directed by event staff for any reason. When coming to the Holiday Inn Hotel, Torrance and leaving the property, you must be in appropriate attire. You may change into your show outfits once inside the Expo area and you must be properly covered when exiting the Expo area within the Hotel property. At no time are you permitted to go nude, partially nude or to flash private areas during the event.

Model Pre-Sale Ticket Code Program (Guest Passes):
Once you have registered you will be issued an individual and unique ticket code that you can advertise to your fans and friends that wish to come out and be your guest at the event. This special guest pass will give them $5.00 off the regular entrance price. Their cost, $20.00. For every guest pass sold with your unique ticket code on-line or by calling in their orders, you will receive $5.00 for every $20.00 pre-sale (guest pass) ticket sold with your unique code. You will be paid on the day of the event at the end of the event, and you must be at the event for the entire duration to collect your earnings. Failure to attend or leave early and you will forfeit your ticket code (guest pass) earnings. You will be notified by e-mail every time your ticket code is used in a purchase of a pre-sale ticket. This only applies to the pre-sale (Guest Pass) tickets; ticket codes are not valid on the day of the event or at the door.

Terms & Conditions Agreement:
As a participant in the Model Showcase Events (CREATION'S MODEL SHOWCASE) 2009 , you agree to hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of the Creations Model Showcase Events (Model Expos) from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding this event. You agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by the Organizers (Creations Enterprises Inc.) of the Model Showcase Event. You further agree to release any and all images of you taken, in whole or in part, at any of the Model Showcase Events (Model Expos) and consent to the use of images of you, provided by you and /or with your permission to use from public domain sources, for the purpose of promoting and marketing the Creations Model Showcase Events produced by Creations Enterprises Inc., you understand and accept all rules and claim by attending the event that any and all information provided by you is correct and understand that any false information can jeopardize your eligibility to participate. Table assigmments are made prior to the event, and if you fail to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event, your space will be immediately vacated to another.

You further understand that you are fully responsible for your own cash handling transactions and for the safeguarding of your own products and displays.

Models at the Model Showcase Events in California must have a vaild Sellers Permit (or Temporary Sellers Permit). To vendors who have received a confirmation and don't have a California Tax Number: We need your tax number before you can sell at the show. The State of California is VERY diligent about this. To get the form you need to sell at the Model Showcase Events online, simply:

Models will share a table with one other model at the event as space permits, models guest passes are available at $20.00 each and must be purchased in advance. You are not permitted to sublease your space. Sublease in this use includes renting, sharing (donating or in any way allowing another company or person to display or advertise in your space. Models being sponsored by another must provide sponsorship agreement to Creations Enterprises Inc. and is subject to approval before acceptance.

You further agree to comply with all pertinent laws, codes and regulations of municipal or other authorities, which affect the event space.

Showdates and locations are always subject to change and we'll do our best to give as much advance notice as possible.

CONTEST
You fully agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the event contest, which are:

You must have met all registration requirements and be advertised as attending the Model Showcase Event, Creation's Model Showcase 2009 LA prior to the event and be at the event by 10:30am on the 21 March 2009 exhibition date, if late for any reason, you may be disqualified from the contest. Your registration paperwork must have been fully fulled out and signed prior to the start of the event to be eligible to compete in the contest, one vote box per model. You further understand that even if you arrive late, you are expected to fully participate in the event contest activities. By attending the Model Showcase Event (Model Expos) you agree to provide two (minimum ten-dollar value) items to the organizers to be used as guest prizes at the event. You agree to accept the final outcome of the event contest and in case you are a winner, you fully agree to make yourself available for promotions (Photo shoot at studio) after the event at a date and time and place to be determined by Creations Enterprises Inc. You will receive the contest prizes on the day of the event once you confirm your promotional shoot date. If you leave the event prior to the closing times of the event, you will be disqualified from the contest. You must remain at the Expo for the entire time of the show to qualify for the contest and to receive the contest winnings.

MODEL CONTEST PRIZES

A total of $1000 in cash prizes to the top three models:

1st Place $500
2nd Place $250
3rd Place $125
4th Place $75
5th Place $50

The way it works is quite simple. You will be given a vote box at the event. People attending the event are then allowed to purchase a vote ticket for a dollar each and they place the vote tickets into the boxes of their favorite model. They can vote in any amount and as often as they want during the event. The way to increase your chances of winning is to get everyone you know to come out to the event to vote for you. Other ways, are to have those with cameras vote for you before they take pictures of you, or offer sales discounts in exchange for vote tickets. The model with the most votes wins, it is that simple, and that easy.
