Expo Event Guidelines(Etiquette):

Upon entrance into the event, you'll find that Photography (Digital Imaging/Still) is permitted in the designated photo areas, it is permitted by obtaining permission from the models in advance, and it is permitted during presentations and closing ceremonies. Under no circumstances is random photography unknown to the models permitted. Under no conditions or circumstances are any pictures taken at this event be made available for resell to any party or to be displayed for profit in any media without the expressed written consent of the model, event sponsors and Creations Enterprises Inc. Pictures taken at this event are for private use only, no commercial internet release is granted for any reason. This applies to all media and non-media particapants who have not obtained permission to publish from Creations Enterprises Inc. in writing prior to the event.
THIS IS A NO VIDEO EVENT! Video is allowed only to certified media and is only permitted for interviews (by obtaining permission of the model in advance) presentations and closing ceremonies. No random video footage of the event is permitted without obtaining permission from the executive staff in advance.

Special video permits are available to private parties or attending parties for $395.00. The rules for video use, and it's a simple one, you must ask and obtain permission first and agree to the conditions set forth by the model and the Expo staff. For commercial use, an additional fee of $100 per model video taped, paid directly to the model and $200 licensing fee paid to the hotel.
Keep in mind that most models do charge to have their photographs taken. So don't act surprised or be disrespectful when so informed. Common courtesy goes a long way at the Expo.
